Why YML?

Youth Ministry Lab (YML) celebrates its 50th Anniversary in 2018. YML began with the purpose to equip student pastors and ministers in the fulfillment of their calling to lead and make disciples among young people.

Today, YML continues to be one of the premier conferences designed to encourage and equip students and student ministry leaders in being and making lifetime disciples.

YML brings together several hundred student ministers, volunteers, spouses, and teenagers who are passionate to know Jesus more as disciples and to follow Jesus in His mission of making disciples of all people. The weekend features powerful worship, strategic training, key exhibitors, and fellowship with other students and student ministry leaders.

The conference feautures large group times for students and their student ministry leaders to be led in worship where the Scripture takes center stage as the main stage preacher proclaims the truth of God’s Word. Additionally, student ministers and adult volunteers can choose to participate in breakouts regarding their area of ministry leadership or interest. Teenagers also select their breakout conference track where they too will be equipped in following Jesus to make and be lifetime discipleship.
